Join us for the very first "Lazy Lunges and Lattes" event at the Tempe Campus!
Start your day with 30 minutes of low-impact, stretching-focused exercise led by our very own Yessica! This session is designed to accommodate all fitness levels, so everyone is welcome.
What to bring:
An exercise mat (If you don’t have one, don’t worry—we’re working on finding extras!)
Your favorite coffee to sip on afterward
Following the workout, stick around for some quality community time with other women while enjoying your coffee.
