Advent Devotion Series: Prepare Him Room - Introduction

Are you ready for Advent?

The word advent means the arrival or coming. Advent is a time for us as Christians to prepare our hearts to celebrate the coming of Christ symbolically in two ways: by marking his birth during Christmas time and for anticipation of his second coming. Traditionally, the four Sundays leading up to Christmas are spent reflecting on the themes of the four candles lit in traditional services: hope, peace, joy, and love. This year advent starts on November 27 and ends on Saturday December 24.

Join Central Women as we share a written and video devotion series every Sunday called Prepare Him Room! All content will be available on the following days:

December 4: Peace

December 12: Joy

December 18: Love
